Job DescriptionSenior Lettings Manager / Valuer - Harrogate - 35000pa 50000pa OTEA rare opportunity now presents itself to join this established Lettings Agency as a Senior Lettings Manager / Valuer based in the Harrogate office.The RewardUp to 35000pa Depending on ExperienceUncapped Commissions with a Reaslistic 50000pa OTEPensionFree On-Site ParkingMonday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm1 Saturday in Every 4The RoleManage the lettings process for the portfolio in the Harrogate officeConduct all Market Appraisals for the branch winning the instruction and bringing new property to the marketManage and motivate a team of experienced property professionals including Property Managers and NegotiatorsHave a particular focus on new business generation with the aim of expanding the managed property portfolioThe PersonMust be an experienced Lettings professional with a proven track record of Market Appraisals winning new instructions and business growth through new business generation techniquesBe fully up to date with current legislation surrounding residential lettingsPossess an excellent knowledge of the Harrogate area and its property marketMust hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicleRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Abinitio,Internship,Food Production,Aerospace,Apparel Merchandising,AV Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
