At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Retrofit Co-ordinatorYou will Support the Planned Investment Team to ensure the delivery all maintenance, servicing and repair works for a designated number of residential properties. Specifically Managing the PAS 2035 process throughout a project (indicated below). Crucially ensuring compliance with the procurement, specification, and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit projects. Guiding the decision-making process and protecting the resident’s interest from survey to handover. About you
  • Excellent IT skills and literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated, resilient, assertive and confident
