Committed to providing a highquality education and fostering a passion for learning they are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Geography Teacher to join their dedicated faculty in a fulltime permanent position commencing this November or January.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the schools dynamic Geography department inspiring the next generation of techsavvy individuals. The role entails fostering a love for developing students equipping them with essential skills for the modern world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum and schools educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity problemsolving and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Geography department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Geography.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelors degree or higher in Geography or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Geography at the secondary level.
