To undertake Bromley Local Authority delegated duties under the Care Act 2014, and if an AMHP, the MHA 1983 (2007) and other relevant legislation. * To assess the needs of adults with acute, complex or enduring Mental Health problems and the needs of their carers. Together with the adult with identified care and support needs, formulate and implement care plans to meet the identified needs using a strength based approach. * To monitor, review and evaluate services provided to the individual in order to ensure that they are provided effectively and meet the identified need. * To work in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust as a seconded Bromley Social worker within a multi-disciplinary CMHT.
