This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who wants to shape a high-quality early years environment from the very beginning. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the team, creating an excellent learning culture, ensuring full compliance, and driving the operational success of the nursery. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full set-up and launch of the nursery ahead of the March 2026 openingRecruit, mentor, and manage the nursery teamEnsure high standards of safeguarding, EYFS delivery, and health & safetyManage occupancy, parent relationships, and overall nursery performanceHandle budgeting, staffing, rotas, documentation, and regulatory complianceCreate a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and familiesBuild strong community and local partnershipsRequirementsLevel 3 Early Years qualification (or above)essentialProven experience as a Nursery Manager or very strong Deputy ManagerDeep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and quality practiceStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsConfidence in opening or scaling a nursery settingAmbitious, reliable, and committed to excellenceBenefitsSalary from £45,000 per year(dependent on experience)40-hour full-time contractOpportunity to shape a new nursery from the ground upSupportive leadership team and long-term career progressionProfessional development and trainingHow to ApplyPlease upload your CV via Totaljobs.
