Interim Communications Lead Duration: 6 Month Contract Location: Belfast (on-site requirement) Rate: £26.15 p/h PAYE / £34.98 p/h Umbrella Hours: 36 hours per week, 4.5-day working pattern Start: ASAP Clearance: BPSS (will be processed) About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Interim Communications Lead to join a major transformation project based in Belfast. This is a hands-on role supporting a significant organisational transition, requiring someone who can step in quickly, provide strategic guidance, and deliver high-quality communications outputs from day one. Working closely with the project team and wider communications stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping messaging, supporting colleague onboarding, and ensuring consistent internal and external communications throughout a critical transition phase.
