Training Delivery Instructor Royal Navy Communications Full-time role 37.5 hours a week HMS Collingwood Portsmouth Due to the nature of this role you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster by delivering training to military students in External Communication and Cryptographic Maintenance. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Maintenance of External Communications and Cryptographic hardware to Royal Navy students on their Phase 3 equipment training courses to CIS(T) Maintainers in the WE department.Job title:Training Delivery Instructor (Royal Navy Communications)Job Description:What youll be doingDelivering training in the maintenance of Royal Navy External Communication systems in support of the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Capability Training Unit.Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across RN WE training including internal and third-party evaluations.Identify and share best practices to inform quality and improvement initiatives across training establishments.Implement consistent systems and processes to harmonise training delivery across RN locations.Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while supporting personalised learning journeys and representing WE Training needs to delivery teams.What were looking forEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Experience of working on/maintaining modern Royal Navy external Communications SystemsDesirable Skills/Experience/QualificationsExperience of maintenance of Cryptographic systemsLevel 4 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled onto internal training course if not held).Military weapon engineering communication systems or equivalent experience.Experience in managing & maintaining RN WE RF equipment.Experience in maintenance of RN WE External Communications EquipmentsAbout SelborneSelborne is a bold 1 billion 12-year transformation of Royal Navy training led by Capita and a powerhouse consortium known as Team Fisher including Raytheon UK Fujitsu and the University of Lincoln.
