STOIX is partnering with a £100 million revenue, Private Equity (PE) backed technology company seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial operations, leading a talented team and playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business.
About the Role:
- Leading and supervising all financial functions, including financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal controls.
- Developing and driving strategic financial plans aligned with ambitious growth objectives.
- Providing insightful financial analysis and guidance to support senior management decision-making.
- Managing financial risk through effective cash flow management and capital allocation strategies.
- Spearheading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity to fuel further growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth technology company with a minimum of £100 million in revenue.
- You must have multiple years of experience working for a Private Equity-backed business and have a track record of successful exits.
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions and a successful track record in deal execution.
- Experience in securing debt financing and managing investor relations.
- Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate financials into actionable business plans.
- Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
