Management of change (if work changes then RAMS is to be reviewed and the new method of work is to be reviewed and agreed upon with all site management & team members and the team re-briefedChecks on all plant and equipmentEnsure a safe place of work (paying particular attention to hazard spotting and changes to work areas)Planning of work activities (Ganger to be invited to and to attend weekly planning/look ahead meetings)Lead by exampleMust not leave the gang unsupervised.
