Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in autism support special educational needs (SEN) or related fields is preferred although candidates with a strong interest in supporting students with autism will also be considered
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to implement structured routines that benefit students with varying needs
  • A patient empathetic and flexible approach to working with students understanding the importance of adapting to individual learning styles and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with teachers support staff and families
  • A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students
