What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of the UK payrolls, delivering timely, accurate payrolls in a professional, and customer service orientated environment whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

As Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for all Payroll input of starters, leavers and changes, preparing monthly variance reconciliations and management reports and meet other ad-hoc reporting requirements. You would be liaising closely with the UK HR Department.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will need to have strong excel skills, including V-Look ups and pivot tables. Experience of providing an excellent standard of customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You would need at least one year's Payroll experience.

This role is based at our Oxfordshire office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
