To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in car sales and a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Generating new customers through leads, referrals, and walk-ins Converting enquiries and showroom visitors into vehicle sales Building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience Presenting and demonstrating vehicles to showcase features and value Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover About You You’ll be a motivated, customer-focused professional with a genuine passion for the automotive industry. Previous motor trade experience is essential, along with a full UK driving licence and full right to work in the UK. You must also live within a commutable distance of Dorchester and be available to work weekends and some evenings.
