Looking for a Domestic Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Property Services contractor based in Basildon on a permanent basis.You will undertake a variety of repair/ renewal works on domestic properties, aiming to achieve first time fix.Deliver small projects and remedial works to a high standard in occupied and void properties.Ensure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards.Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA.Liaise closely with planners, supervisors and other engineers to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner.Offering £38,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card and other excellent BenefitsMust have:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Electrical Installations 18TH edition2391 testing & inspectionFull UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 monthsFor more information on this role please attach an updated cv below and we will be in touch...
