Our manufacturing process combines essential oils and cymatics to create a distinct experience for each product. Our aromatherapy blends merge ancient botanical wisdom with contemporary science, while the inclusion of sound vibrations and powerful affirmation enhances therapeutic effects. We are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainability, selecting the finest ingredients and using eco-friendly packaging to minimise environmental impact.


About Us: 

Theta Naturals Co. is a promising holistic wellness brand dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through natural and sustainable products. With a year of successful operation under our belt, we see tremendous potential but are constrained by limited time, network, and resources. We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder to join us in scaling our business and maximising its impact in the market.


Location: Remote (with potential for occasional travel)


Equity: 20% (Based on skills, knowledge, network, and experience)


Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Co-Founder who can accelerate our growth trajectory. This role is ideal for someone passionate about holistic wellness and equipped with the skills to capitalise on our brand's potential. If you have a proven track record in business development and are ready to make an impact. Someone who wants the freedom of owning their own business.


Responsibilities: (not limited to)

  • Business Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Leverage your network to establish strategic alliances that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate, develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales initiatives.
  • Brand Development: Implement strategies to strengthen Theta Naturals Co.'s position in the holistic wellness industry.
  • Operational Excellence: Work to streamline operations and maximise efficiency to support scalable growth.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in driving business growth, particularly within the wellness and/or retail sector.
  • Network of contacts and the ability to forge impactful partnerships.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep passion for holistic wellness.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and address challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
