Job Title: Cover ManagerLocation: St Marys Catholic CollegeResponsible To: SLT Cover LeadSalary Grade: Band G SCP(27822 - 30729 Actual)Contract: This is a full-time 2 year fixed contract 36 hours per week 39 weeks per year (term time only plus INSET days).Start Date: As soon as possible.Closing Date for Applications: 26th September 2025 at 12:00pmInterviews: week commencing 29th September 2025The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and allocating daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absence. This involves a 7.15am start each day. Line management of the Cover Supervisor and Supply Teacher team. Supervision of whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
