Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Paralegal at Signature Law Ltd in Romford. The Conveyancing Paralegal will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting fee earners in the running of a caseload, preparation of contract packs, raising enquiries, reporting on title and providing support in various conveyancing matters.

Qualifications
  • Worked in a busy conveyancing firm previously
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the Conveyancing process
  • Ability to effectively prepare contract packs and raise enquiries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
