Join our team as an HGV Technician where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles. We are looking for a skilled technician who is proficient in using hand tools welding soldering and has a strong focus on customer service.
Duties:
Conduct routine maintenance on HGVs to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Fabricate and weld components as needed
Assemble and disassemble parts with precision
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Operate power tools and forklifts safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed

Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
Ability to assemble maintain and repair HGVs effectively
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles is advantageous
Forklift operation experience is a plus
