Description: The Winterton Federation require a Supervisory Assistant to work alongside our dedicated team of friendly and supportive staff. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Executive Headteacher, Federation Pastoral Manager and Senior Midday Supervisor.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team in a happy but very busy environment to ensure the welfare of our children during the mid-day break. The successful applicant will be predominately supporting children with their mid-day meal, play activities as well as their health and well-being. The successful applicant will possess a natural affinity with children; be positive in their approach and have a calm and caring nature. A basic first aid qualification would be an advantage although training will be provided.

Visits to the Federation schools are encouraged and warmly welcomed. Please contact the Junior school office to make a mutually convenient appointment.
