About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Technical Manager to join a dynamic team at a reputable company specializing in supplying luxury snacks to high-end hotels and restaurants. This role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to develop their career in the technical management of food production within a supportive and forward-thinking group.

Responsibilities:

Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet the highest standards. Assist in the development and implementation of new product lines. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and product quality. Provide technical support and training to staff. Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on product quality and safety.

Requirements:

Relevant degree or experience in food science, technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in using technical equipment and software for monitoring and reporting.
