The Forge Trust are looking for two Unqualified Teachers to join The West Park Academy from September 2024.
We are seeking to appoint two dedicated and motivated Unqualified Teachers -
Do you have the skills and expertise to understand the needs of children? Do you have a proven track record of improving outcomes for all children? Do you have high levels of commitment to inclusion? Do you have sensitivity and understanding to build good relationships with individuals and parents and carers? Do you have good communication skills? Can you consistently and effectively implement agreed behaviour management strategies? Do you have knowledge of guidance and regulations around safeguarding?If the answer is ‘Yes’ to most of the above then we would love to hear from you

The Trustees of The West Park Academy are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants will undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers.
