The Ideal operator would be a local operator who really understands the community and how to look after our lovely guests whilst tapping into the ever-growing late-night market in Bridgend.

Due to the location of this pub, there is no onsite accommodation. To ensure you get the best out of your pub and partnership with Craft Union we therefore offer increased accommodation support payments; these will be discussed with you at the interview stage.
