We are thrilled our current Team Manager has been successful in securing a 12 month secondment post within the West.

Due to this we now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join West locality on a 12 month contract.

In this role you would be leading and managing a committed and motivated team of social care staff working with Older People and Adults with a Physical Disability. The team comprises of a practice consultant, social workers, occupational therapist and assistant practitioners.

You would be responsible for leading and supporting the team to deliver outstanding practice using the Living Well model. The team works to a cluster of GP surgeries and you would be working with partners on the development of the Fens and Brecks Network ensuring social work and OT practice is well represented. You would be working closely with community health managers and primary health care colleagues.

As a qualified and registered social worker or occupational therapist you will be responsible managing a budget and ensuring the delivery of key performance measures. You would be joining a supportive and forwarding thinking locality management team and would have the opportunity to lead in specific portfolio areas and contribute to the development of local projects.
