As a Team Leader, you will lead in making a real difference to a person’s life by ensuring we have skilled and competent teams who attend to the small and personal details that really matter to our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed person to join us in the role as Team Leader in our Day Service in Lewes.

We are looking for Candidates who

Are able to lead a team of support workers to provide responsive support to people with a learning disability. Are committed to providing excellent support, undertake continuous learning, and have a good team working ethos. Have good ICT skills, including proficient use of Word, Excel, email and Outlook with the ability to produce information in an accessible format. Have the ability to build and maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders, parents, carers and colleagues to benefit the individuals we support. Have good leadership, communication and organisational skills. Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle at all times.

This position is graded at Single Status 8, with scale points of 20 to 22, which equate to £27,861 to £29,783 per annum. This post is for 30 hours per week over 4 days and the salary will be pro rata.

We currently operate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. You will need to be available to work between the hours of 8:00 to 19:30 on a rota basis.
