Job Description

Our Digital Learning Manager is currently recruiting for a first-class Digital Learning Admin Apprentice to join our dedicated and high-performing People and Talent team.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

General
  • Confidently and accurately respond to Talent & LMS (Learning Management System) queries, escalating them as needed
  • Creation of slide decks required to promote/present on People and Talent outputs and projects
  • First point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and service providers
  • Liaison and day-to-day relationship management with third party service providers
  • Provide any other appropriate support needed by the People and Talent leadership team to administer and communicate programmes
  • Help maximise the efficiency of Talent & Digital teams by ensuring all processes are consistently followed and updated, as required
  • Optimise the value the LMS adds to DPD/learners by ensuring features and functions are fully utilised

Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Talent team, e.g., scheduling and joining instructions
  • Proactively ensure the structure of the LMS consistently reflects business needs, e.g. hierarchy or catalogue changes

HTML/Content Creation:
  • Design and develop creative, professional, and engaging HTML communications that comply with company policies and guidelines
  • Support the Digital Learning content creators as required, e.g., asset sourcing/creation


Qualifications

Completion of a Level 3 Advertising and Media Executive qualification.

Candidates must have achieved GCSE Grade 6 or above in English.

Apprentices must have achieved a pass at GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English before they can complete their final exams.

Providers for the chosen qualification may also set their own eligibility criteria that candidates must meet.
