ITApplication Support (m/f/x)

in the greensector

YOUR TASKS
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot technicalissues for the IT application landscape of all locations of theSelecta Group
  • Work within our IT ticketsystem
  • Manage company devices together withon-site support for hardware issues (installations, updates,problems, replacements etc)
  • Develop andmaintain documentation for processes and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with team members and thedifferent departments of the company, to identify areas forimprovement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency andproductivity
  • Monitor system performance andconduct regular security checks within the company infrastructure
  • Participate in the execution of IT projectswithin the entire Selecta Group
YOUR PROFILE
  • Background inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Expertise in IT hardware and applicationsupport
  • Analytical skills to understand howour horticultural business flows interact with our IT applicationlandscape
  • High service orientation regardingend-user support
  • Ability to set prioritiesand work independently
  • Excellentcommunication skills and capacity to understand business conceptsquickly
  • Enjoy working in an internationaland highly motivated team
  • Very goodknowledge of English
