What can you expect?

• You are responsible for recruiting and hiring
• You supervise the team, promote talent andmanage the staff
• You lead the developmentfor internal tooling, in consultation with the stakeholders - suchas the architects (f/m/d)
• You are theproduct owner or maintainer (f/m/d) for internal tools
• You contribute to the overall architecture
• You ensure the smooth operation of multiple platformsand optimize these platforms and processes

What should you bring to the table?

• You have an agile mindset and experience withmodern software development methods
• You haveleadership experience, ideally in both software development and ITplatform operations
• You have sound knowledgeof software development, preferably with GoLang
• You have in-depth knowledge of cloud environments andKubernetes
• You have experience in operatingIT platforms based on Linux and Kubernetes
• You are fluent in German and English
• Youenjoy promoting and nurturing your own team and have a "show mustgo on" mentality
