Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in hiring process and new employee onboarding
Support employee offboarding procedures
Training & Development
Help organize training sessions
HR Administration
Support HR budget and report preparation
Maintain employee records

Assist with internal job transfer and promotions

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
CIPD qualification preferred
