A wellregarded primary school in London is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead their SEN department. This role is ideal for a qualified SENDCo with a passion for inclusive education and the skills to manage a team and oversee SEN provision across the school.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the schools SEN provision working with staff to deliver highquality support.
- Oversee the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers support staff and parents to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN.
- Stay up to date with SEN policies and legislation.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified SENDCo with experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A clear DBS check.
- Right to work in the UK.
