Lower KS2 PHASE LEADER

Do you want to work with a supportive and friendly team, where children’s learning is at the heart of everything we do? Then Nevill Road Juniors is the school for you. We are looking to appoint an inspirational and creative Phase Leader to lead Lower Key Stage Two. The role will also include leading a core subject. We are looking for a new member of our team who will work in partnership with our fantastic school staff.

·Can model, demonstrate and promote outstanding classroom practice.

·View everyone as learners including themselves and be committed to developing their own practice as well as others.

·Has a clear vision for raising standards and motivating others to achieve the school’s aims.

·Has experience of leading, managing and implementing ways of working differently in order to bring about school improvement.
