We have an opportunity for a secondment to Early Help Case Management Teams in Rushcliffe, Ashfield and Bassetlaw.

1 x 18.5 hours - Rushcliffe area, based at Home Brewery Building

1 x 37 hours - Ashfield area, based at Lawn View House

1 x 29.6 hours - Ashfield area, based at Lawn View House

1 x 37 hours - Bassetlaw area, based at Sherwood Energy Village

1 x 18.5 hours - Bassetlaw area, based at Sherwood Energy Village

We are looking for experienced children, young people and family practitioners who have a high level of personal drive and commitment and excellent interpersonal and decision making skills.

The main elements of this role include:

Acting as the lead professional in Early Help cases in line with service guidance To complete structured assessments and planning, to commission, facilitate or deliver interventions plans and undertake reviews of children, young people, parents, carers and families in line with service guidance To chair multi-agency “Team Around the Family/Child” meetings To keep timely and accurate records of work, including running records and the entry of data as specified
