Role description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

As a consultant joining GROW, you'll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

Role accountabilities:

As an Environmental, Social & Governance Consultant in our Property & Investment team you will support our investor clients understand key sustainability risks and opportunities when they are acquiring properties or refurbishing their existing property portfolios across the UK and Europe. We do this by providing a range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) services. You will be fundamental in driving our digital solutions to analyse, assess and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon, climate change risk, green building certification and sustainable building design, among others. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and market leading team, learn about a rapidly changing landscape of regulatory and market drivers in real estate investment, and support some of the largest investment firms in the world.

Accepted Degrees:
  • BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Design & Architecture, Sustainable Development, Geography, Environmental Change, Renewable Energy, Sustainable & Environmental Management, Building Services or Building Physics.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
