Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support with SEND. Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment. Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence. Understand and accommodate different children needs and learning styles.

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in UK Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs 2 recent professional references Ability to communicate with and inspire children. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare. Previous experience working with SEND students is essential. A good sense of humour and a positive attitude towards supporting students. Demonstrated ability in behaviour management strategies. Excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques. Understanding of different children needs and learning styles.
