Seaford Primary school is a vibrant learning community situated in the coastal town of Seaford, East Sussex. The school was originally situated in the centre of town but in 1992 moved to brand new accommodation in Wilkinson Way.

The Governors are seeking an inspirational, creative and caring person to be the next Headteacher of our school. We seek someone who:

Is able to offer strong and stable leadership across all aspects of school life Is able to engage with and communicate effectively and professionally with the entire school community and beyond Has a clear sense of vision and the skills and knowledge to lead the school into the next stage of its history and development Is open to considering the future status of the school Has a sound grasp of budgetary considerations Is proactive and interactive Has a clear sense of effective behaviour management Has a good sense of humour and sees themselves as being part of the school’s professional team

The successful candidate will be supported by an enthusiastic leadership team, a caring and professional staff and a supportive governing body.
