Supply Chain Administrator

36.25 hours per week over 5 days

Based in our Reydon offices, as Supply Chain Administrator, you will work with the wider Logistics team to manage stock levels across our own, and third party, warehouses, to ensure the customer experience consistently exceeds expectations, managing and coordinating orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. There will also be a requirement to perform other administrative tasks for the other members of the Team.

What are we looking for?

The successful applicant will be well organised, have good commercial judgment and possess strong IT skills. They will also be able to prioritise their workload, process orders accurately and within agreed timescales and work as part of a team.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

· Monitor and analyse stock levels across own, and third party, warehouses ensuring optimum levels in the correct location.

· Monitor quality of stock including shelf life, ensuring we meet specific customer requirements.

· Monitor quality and value delivered by third party service providers.

· Identify stock discrepancies and route cause of any issues.

· Review stock held in third party warehouses and coordinate movements with our transport team.

· Monitor stock dates and advise the wider business.

· Check third party delivery charges against activity.

· Monitor and manage stock movements between own, and third party, warehouses.

· Liaise with third party storage partners regarding stock queries.

· Reconcile stock discrepancies in own, and third party, warehouses.
