As a Booking Coordinator, you'll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your 'can do' attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.

As a Booking Coordinator, you will:

  • To ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
  • To manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations.
  • To handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • To ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.

To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the standards and timescales required. To coordinate, plan and organise a range of activities. To file, store, retrieve and collate information / items accurately and efficiently. To handle queries within the remit of own role and escalate more complex / serious issues to senior staff where required.
