The governors are seeking to appoint as soon as possible, an innovative and talented SENDCo Support Officer who will work to make a significant contribution to provision and raising standards for our children with SEND needs or disabilities. The challenge is to enable all children to achieve their full potential through creative and immersive learning experiences which is explicit in our mission statement: ‘Excellence and Enjoyment Together in God’s Love.’.

Do you have what our children are looking for?

We would like a SENDCo Support Officer who:

● Really listens to us and uses this information to help us overcome challenges/difficulties
● Is supportive and understanding and helps us to self-manage and regulate
● Admits when they have made mistakes and are prepared to learn from them
● Will listen to and support our parents/carers
