We are looking for a talented and organized Pan Asian Chef to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Pan-Asian dishes, including but not limited to Filipino, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Korean cuisine.
Create innovative and exciting new dishes to add to the menu, ensuring they are in line with our restaurant's high standards.
Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen staff for all Kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality and within health and safety regulations.
Working closely with the kitchen team to manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize food waste.
Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and introduce new ideas to enhance the customer dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills to help the Head Chef in running the Kitchen
  • Very passionate about creating and providing excellent quality Asian Dishes with attention to detail
  • Proven experience as a Pan-Asian Chef, with a strong understanding of multiple Asian cuisines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
  • Must have excellent English and Communication Skills (IELTS 4.5 or equivalent)

  • Competitive salary package ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
