HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary: GBP45,000 + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Client:

Our client is a reputable provider of national vehicle hire services, offering a diverse fleet from small cars and vans.

The Role:

As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic , you will conduct comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and MOT preparation.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose faults accurately for correct parts replacement. Achieve KPIs by optimising productive time. Complete job cards and service sheets promptly. Work independently ensuring safety and exceeding DVSA standards.

Requirements:

Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role. Fully qualified with experience in heavy commercial vehicle maintenance. Background working in busy workshop settings. Hold a class 1 HGV licence.
