BIM Technician (Revit) - Contract - Remote Working

Location: Remote / Working from Home

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering business during a period of continued growth as they support the Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Renewable Energy sectors. This role is remote working and is deemed to be outside IR35. The successful applicant must be a British passport holder and eligible to obtain Security Clearance.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Fluent in Revit, Autocad and Navis Works - essential
  2. Ability to produce 3D CAD information in a BIM environment.
  3. Production of 2D drawings (layouts, arrangements, sections, elevations etc.) from the 3D model.
  4. Production of contractor's installation drawings from the 3D model.
  5. Capability across Mechanical disciplines including Building Services.
  6. Familiar with BIM, use of Common Data Environment (CDE) and QA systems.
  7. Familiar with working in a secure environment.
Key Skills & Knowledge
  1. Generating piping models.
  2. Proficiency with Revit software is essential.
  3. Chartered status preferred but not essential.
  4. Must have proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochem, Nuclear, Renewable Energy sectors or similar.

Additional Information

This role is remote working and is deemed to be outside IR35. The successful applicant must be a British passport holder and eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
