Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager looking for their first role as General manager in a large multi floor venue. Working directly with the Ops manager to develop into a role where you will lead our team of FOH servers and bartenders; serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, pints and cocktails. We need someone who can lead be example and be a part of an amazing team at our Central London Gastropub.

From founder to most recent recruit we are all one team and involved in making the guest experience as close to perfect as possible.We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our team at our flagship London site The Somers Town Coffee House.

The role is:

  • Full induction and compliance training with national accreditation.
  • 50% discount on food.

What we are looking for:

  • At least three years management experience (ideally in pubs / restaurants).
  • Someone who can work as part of a team, train, coach & lead the team.
  • Has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • An individual who wants to learn and develop their hospitality skills in a venue consisting of meeting rooms, the pub, Cosy Cocktail Bar, and serving fresh and local food.

The Role:

  • This is an ideal role for someone who has the potential to progress, support our Operations Manager and lead our team.
