Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Build and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing long-term, successful relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
- Identify and pursue up selling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and maximise account profitability.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order fulfilment.
- Participate in or lead strategic sales campaigns to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimise profitability.
- Handle inbound inquiries, generate quotes, and process orders efficiently, capturing all sales opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in consultative sales, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to optimise sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable, training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport internally and externally.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-performance sales environment.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and a passion for technology and industry trends.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively, while also being independent and self-sufficient.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to events and customer sites as needed.
