About the Role?

Working in our busy Debt Recovery & Prosecutions department, the role will report directly to the Senior Retail & Debt Recovery Manager, and will facilitate all administrative duties for TransPennine Express' estate of car parks. This will primarily include managing staff parking permits and handling customer appeals. You'll also support the wider team with administrative workload in line with company standards.

Our Debt Recovery & Prosecutions team handle customer appeals, and therefore a high level of attention to detail is essential to be successful in this role. You'll work collaboratively with the wider team, but you'll also need to work proactively and act on your own initiative, without taking direct instruction.
