A fantastic opportunity has arisen at the Amateur Football Alliance for Head of Operations to join the team.

The Amateur FA is responsible for governing, safeguarding and developing grassroots football across member clubs and
competitions currently situated within the Home Counties and London. We are a diverse and inclusive team committed
to representing the many rich and varied communities across our Amateur clubs.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about enhancing the development and governance of
grassroots football within the Amateur Football Alliance.

The purpose of the job is to:
 To support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Amateur Football Alliance Business Strategy.
 To undertake the management of the regulatory and operational administrative functions of the business.
 To contribute to the effective implementation of The FA's Safeguarding 365 Standard for County FAs.
 To support the adoption of FA and third-party technology systems across grassroots football.
 To comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance that are in place.

The deadline for applications is Monday 26 August.

Salary: £40,000

Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
