Quality and Contracts Manager
Are you looking to further your experience in contract monitoring within an Adult Social Care?
Nottinghamshire County Council are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Quality and Market Management Team (QMM) to play an active role in ensuring effective contract monitoring processes are in place for Adult Services. The post will focus on the monitoring and management of commissioned service contracts in Adult Social Care, with one of the roles with specific responsibility for Residential and Nursing settings. You will deliver an efficient and effective support service in the management and monitoring of contracts and agreements and provide a quality monitoring role across services.
Due to additional funding the QMM Team are able to expand with a number of fixed term posts available that will be recruited to support increased demand with contracts and quality monitoring and also an exciting opportunity with the development of a Provider Improvement Team (PIT) that will sit within the QMM team.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who can hit the ground running whilst leading and supporting a team of Quality and Contracts Officers to deliver a robust contract oversight with the requirement to work in collaboration with health and social care partners, and people with lived experiences.
Due to the very nature of these contracts, you will need to lead, work and shape your team to deliver the County Council’s vision and ambitions around ‘helping our people to live healthier and more independent lives’. The team will report into the wider integrated strategic commissioning group and work alongside as peers with commissioners, operational services (internal and external market facing), and Integrated Care Board (ICB) to support and drive change in Nottinghamshire.
