Are you ready to be the hero of our sustainable story? NES Fircroft, on behalf of our client, is on the hunt for a Lead Production Engineer to join our dynamic team at Saltend Chemicals Park in Hull

 

About the Role: As the Lead Production Engineer, you'll be the mastermind behind turning wheat into wonder Your mission? To ensure our production process runs smoother than a finely-tuned engine. With your technical prowess and knack for problem-solving, you'll optimize performance, reduce waste, and lead us to victory in the battle for sustainable bioethanol production

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unleash your genius to track and boost production yields, resource utilization, and asset performance.
  • Rally the troops—work hand-in-hand with production teams, engineers, and partners to keep our operation running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Translate business goals into action-packed production strategies.
  • Lead the charge in safety initiatives and keep us on the cutting edge of compliance.
  • Be the mentor our team deserves—guide and inspire operations personnel and tech whizzes alike
  • Own the narrative—craft technical content that's as captivating as an action-packed blockbuster.
 

About You:

  • You're not just a chemical whiz but a whiz with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • You've conquered high-hazard plant operations for over 5 years, and you're hungry for more
  • COMAH regulations? You've got 'em in your back pocket.
  • You wield Root Cause investigation methodologies, Lean principles, and Continuous Improvement like a seasoned warrior.
  • Your technical knowledge is more solid than a rock concert encore.
  • With your charisma and communication skills, you could charm the socks off a robot
  • Safety? Success? They're your middle names.
