To provide support to the independent advocacy team in assisting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. This includes offering crisis intervention, information, risk assessment, and safety planning. The role ensures that the safety, practical, and emotional needs of women and children are fully addressed. The post holder will assist with referral intake, attend Multi-agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) meetings for high-risk cases, and represent the views of women and children. Additionally, the post holder will provide training, raise awareness, and collaborate with partners and services in the Perth & Kinross area.
