We're looking for a Fraud Generation Coordinator to join the power team that runs our Fraud Lab at Onfido.

Some areas you may work on: photoshop, Illustrator and design work of sample documents and attack signals. Generating synthetic PII and working with AI images, to ensure real identities are protected and no data breach occurs.

You will work in a team, ensuring that as a unit, we achieve all we are aiming for and more; with plenty of room for creativity and taking initiative to ensure that you can still stretch your legs and have personal ownership of your own role. You'll receive relevant training in design and fraud signals, working closely with fraud specialists, engineering and other business areas in the company, ensuring that you are exposed to a wide range of aspects of the company, and to ensure that you are able to keep focused on the most critical work needed as you go.

Role breakdown:

Fraud Generation
• Working with high quantities of Document Fraud samples
• Investigating the full scope of the project/escalation/issue and mapping out the
correct course of action to take
• Creating of samples, sometimes in very high quantities
• Printing; cutting out and creating fake datasets
• Assisting with retraining and testing with datasets
• Working in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Comfortable being trained to work with our AI pipeline to create fake datasets

Administration
• Assisting in researching and ordering of Fraud Lab supplies;
• Assisting with Doc Fraud purchases and deliveries;
• Management of PO Box for Doc Fraud deliveries and managing payments and
subscription to Box;
• Assistance with instruction creations and management for multiple projects;
• Ensuring the budget tracker is kept up to date

Logistic support
• Working with teams in different areas, to understand escalations and address the
necessary issues with created datasets for retraining
• Work closely with consultants, provided design and technical support
