Are you a digital marketing professional looking for your next role within a friendly and dynamic team?

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to bring onboard an exceptional Communications and Marketing Officer to join our multi-disciplinary Communications and Marketing team at Nottinghamshire County Council.

You will have superb writing skills, digital marketing and client management skills, as well as expertise across the traditional marketing communications mix including media management and web content management experience.

Working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan and manage your own workload.

You will be directly involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing and media campaigns, working alongside our supportive and creative team to help to deliver innovative and impactful communications work that ultimately makes a difference to the lives of the people of Nottinghamshire. You’ll also be regularly updating our websites and intranet, working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our residents and staff can find information they need quickly and easily.

Someone with a proven track record in delivering responsive and creative communications. Someone who can write and publish accessible web content. Someone confident in dealing with different stakeholders, from media contacts to elected members. Someone who is enthusiastic about delivering an excellent experience for visitors to our websites.
