The role will be mainly office based at our premises in Willand, Cullompton. The successful applicant will be required to drive the Hub van across the county undertaking delivery and collection of our instrument stock to schools. You will be the first point of contact for parents, schools and visitors to the office and will be required to perform a varied range of administrative and logistics planning tasks.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualities to join our team: 

Relevant and recent office experience, preferably in education; ICT skills including Microsoft Office, website maintenance and stock management software; Full driving licence to include entitlement to drive vehicles up to tonnes; Ability to work under pressure, prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines; Willingness to undertake basic musical instrument maintenance; Flexible and adaptable approach to work; Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; Professional, calm and friendly approach with a good sense of humour; Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.


This role involves daily lifting and moving of musical resources, some of which are large and / or heavy. Online searches may be done as part of pre-recruitment checks.
