Telesales Representative

We are working with a leading manufacturer of high quality aluminium windows and doors who supplying both to the trade and commercial sectors.
They are currently recruiting an experienced telesales representative to join their team in the head office based in South Petherton.
Role:
The role will be to drive new business leads through cold calling, using the internet, creating marketing campaigns, and working closely with the Sales Team. This role will require a high level of energy from you to support new customer requests, working on your own initiative with minimum supervision. You will be expected to build a solid sales pipeline of enquiries each week, converting quotes to orders for both trade and commercial.
You must be confident using a phone and conducting customer 1:1 Teams calls meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve lead generation targets on a weekly basis. Manage data to support lead generation campaigns. A strong understanding of social media, principles, and techniques. Manage CRM for lead generation and customer reporting. Present monthly sales activity using power point when requested to do so. Work under minimum supervision following company guidelines.Knowledge of the fenestration or construction industry would be required.
